Overflow and cleanup loop Solution 

Sometimes you can get stuck in a overflow cleanup loop where the MT calibration is off and is putting more water in the vial which overflows either one of the mixing or rinsing vials.

1. So the way round this is to mop up the leak Sensor and underneath the vials with a paper towel
2. Take the top hose off the vial (sometimes one or both) and put that hose in the Measuring beaker this way you can get through the clean up so you can do a recalibration.
3. Instead of using the vial and the waste hose to calibrate for this time, keep the hose off the top nipple and do the calibration direct. the results are the same but it allows youto bypass the overfilling issue until you can calibrate and bring it around the 7mml range.
4. After you have done this put the hose back and continue too use the Manuals way of calibration.
