Alkatronic is going off and on line when everything else is stable?
Before IOS13, killing the app is fine. But with ios13, they implemented an auto reconnection of Bluetooth device
if it is dropped suddenly. When you kill app, ios will try to help you reconnect but the app isn't doing this as it is killed already.
So while IOS tries to connect to AT, AT is not responding and therefore this goes in a forever loop.
At any one time, AT will only have either 1 connection (Bluetooth or wifi). If it is in a forever loop but not connecting to
app (Bluetooth), it won't get back online.
By closing the app, the app will tell IOS that we will disconnect "officially" and therefore we don't get into that loop.
And with this, you will see "Disconnected" on the LCD of AT meaning a proper disconnection has taken place and
will resume wifi connection.
So please follow below steps:
1) Power off Alkatronic and also disable your phone's bluetooth (settings, not quick menu) and also power off your phone.
2) power on Alkatronic and wait for 5 min or when LCD shows Alkatronic and the Firmware version.
3) power on your phone and enalbe bluetooth.
4) try connect to the Alkatronic again but we do suggest to switch to the All in One app as that is a wifi based app
and will not cause this bluetooth issue.
5) if you should use the Alkatronic (IOS) app, DO NOT kill the app after use but just close it or back to the device
page so you will see the "Disconnected" on the LCD.
If you are able to correct the above, you can start using the Focustornic all in one app. This connects via wifi and
will not cause this bug by iOS
